RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY
Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
- The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to sgold.gr at email@example.com . sgold.gr will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by crediting his credit card only if the (purchased) product (s) ( purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer.
If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.
Change products after delivery
- If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to request the change of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer can send an e-mail to sgold.gr to the above mentioned e-mail address, firstname.lastname@example.org and contact by phone at 2310227783 , requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice.
For replacement of a non-faulty, non-damaged or generally non-defective product, the customer bears the costs of sending the return (courier, transport, postage or other), which will be done at his own risk.
- Changes will not be accepted for products sold at a discount at the time of purchase.
- If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to the payment website of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment information in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then sgold.gr , will credit the difference to the Customer according to what is listed below. <// li>
Return Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)
- If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he further has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right to withdraw from a sale ). Deadline for exchange or return of products
- Any request for change or return of product must be sent within 15 full days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of 15 full are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

- Shipping of products to be returned or exchanged within Greece is free only through the same year courier with which the product was first shipped. In case of sending the product for return or for exchange with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

.10. For each product that is returned or for which a change is requested, the Customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt when sending.
Delivery costs for products whose change is requested.
- In the event of a faulty, damaged or defective product for which a change is requested, the Customer will not be charged the cost for the second receipt of the new product acquired after the change.
Conditions for returning products.
- In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, sgold.gr is entitled to either (a) consider that the right to change or return is not exercised validly and therefore not accept the return or change of the product either (b) especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, complete, intact and with their original packaging sealed.
- As soon as sgold.gr receives a request for a refund or product change and if the above conditions are met, it will credit the Customer’s credit card with the relevant how much. It usually takes 7 business days to process the request and complete the credit registration.
